Hogue Grips for Ruger Mark III

Hello everyone,

After much research I haven't been able to find a decent priced grip for my Ruger Mark III. I wanted to get a Hogue one, but so far the only model that has been made is for the Ruger Mark II. I've read about instructions on how to modifiy a Hogue Grip for Mark II to fit the Mark III.

Has anyone got success with that "conversion". I want to settle for Hogue because I like the ratio between price and quality.

I modified a mkII set to fit a mkIII...no problem at all works just fine..can't even tell..

And for the record, the Hogue Mk.2 grips fit the Mk.1 just fine, no mods needed.
