yes they will i just installed 2 sets on a norinco last week

Yup, I just put a Houge forend on my 12.5 Grizz. Took a little sanding with sand paper wrapped around a broom handle to get a good fit. Feels and functions perfectly. Got it from S&J to boot!

They will fit, HOWEVER since the Norinco fore end tube is slightly bigger than the Remington one, you will most likely have to do as Beaner1976 did. I have done a few and all had to be done that way also.
