Anyone know the difference between the two??

Also which version is the one that can fit onto the CZ858's back sight rails (the rails that only replace the back irons with rail)

and which version has the 1 MOA dot with the 65 MOA ring as the reticle and uses AA batteries (not the N version or the other random ones)?


EDIT: and lastly which one is the easily available version in canada?

exactly what i'm wondering, i mean the only quote i can find is that the eotech marked ones are mil-spec, to what end i do not know and i would like to know the difference (armor? weight? i heave heard that only 55* and not 51* gets NV compat?)

I bought a Bushnell Holosite about 10yrs ago and it hasnt skipped a beat. I also have a 512 that I bought about 6mos ago and it hasnt skipped a beat

Having said that mine are used only on a range so probably see most of their abuse going in and out of the gun safes.

hmm so maybe i should get a holosite, cheaper and i know where one is for sale atm, now to secure a nice mount for the 858.

Got a holosight on my cz858 looks sick. Same with my turkey gun, 870. MY gobbler shotgun takes a beating and never shown no love and never had to do anything but change the batteries. For the price holosight is way better bang for your buck!

I bought the replacement railed handguards for my 858 from Wolverine and mounted the holosite. Rock solid! No movement and have had no issues with having to rezero after removing handguard for cleaning the gas system.

I have a scout mount with a Burris XTR-135 currently, works nicely.
