I'm set on a magnifier to go with my EOtech XPS 2 on AR and can't decide between these 3. I'm also wanting to keep my backup sights mounted and I'm not sure which of these three leave me the most space for sights as well. As for my use, just mainly outdoor range fun with some running around here and there. Maybe some multi-gun competition next year?

The Holosun has pretty great reviews and has the best eye relief but also reviews have said the flip isn't spring loaded and may be a bit floppy compared to the EOtech and others. It also comes with a QD mount whereas the VMX-3T does not come with a QD and requires a button to flip.

The Vortex Micro seems to have the better flip but it's also just a bit more than double the price and also apparently the Holosun has brighter and clearer optics.

Was just wondering if anyone here had any experience as there really aren't any comparisons out there that I've been able to find. I'm guessing it's because the Holosun and the Micro are so new.

Any advice appreciated and also pics are always welcome!

Thanks!

I've been half heartedly shopping for a magnifier in the VMX-3T price range for a while. According to reviewers of the internet, the Burris AR Tripler is a bit better than the VMX-3T and essentially the same price. You may want to consider it, but I can't seem to find any in stock in Canada.

I can’t speak to the other two, but I own the holosun 3x. It was on my xcr-L. No interference with back up irons. Great eye relief and great clarity. In 500 rounds there is no slop/wiggle/play.

I also own a 4x sig magnifier, and I find the clarity is similar, eye relief slightly worse (but ok), no play/wiggle...the QD mount on the holosun is more user friendly and easier to manipulate than the sig
