Holster for XD40

The holster that came with this gun is not to my liking.
So I need to buy a holster for my Springfield XD 40 that is suitable for IPSC and maybe some IDPA later.
What can you recommended?

100% Blade Tech. They have a model that comes with the paddle for IDPA and dropped and offset for IPSC. I use the Serpa, and am very happy with it's features & functions, although the release lever for retention is a bit of a pain sometimes. I would much rather run a Blade Tech though.

Does one of CGN sponsoring merchants handle them or do I need to order direct from Blade Tech?
And what model should I be looking at in particular?

For IPSC Production, look at the DOH Dropped & Offset Holster, available direct from Blade-Tech or via Double Tap Sports.

In IPSC Production, it is very popular.

The Dropped & Offset spacer is quickly removed (and/or replaced) to change the configuration (from dropped-level to belt-level) should you so desire.
