Hi there.
I will receive my new GP100 today and i am looking for a good leather holster for it. The problem is, all i found is listed to fit the GP100 4'' barrel. Is any of you can point me a maker/model who made a holster that will fit the 4.2'' version. It will be used for range carry and maybe some IPDA style shooting.
 
I would try the leather ones made for the 4'', if at all possible. The holster I use is made for a 4" model 10 and works perfect.
 
A buddy of mine has a SafariArms leather holster for his. It has a felt type lining and it is really sweet. It only cost him $50.00, but he had to order it from the States and I can't remember if he said Brownell's or Dillon. Anyway, it's way nicer than the kydex holsters out there, like the one I have for my M&P.
 
Gp100 4.2

I have a beautiful leather holster from Simply Rugged for that exact gun that is new and have never used as I went to a Blade Tech. It cost me about $100. I'll sell it for $65. PM me!
 
I purchased a Galco holster for my Redhawk with a 4.2" barrel. Just got the 4" one and it fits like a dream. Honestly, there is no difference. .2 of an inch is nothing, not even enough for it come out the bottom any.

I can post some pics on Sunday night of my Redhawk holstered if you would like to see. You would think it was custom made
