Holsters for S&W 645??

Well I've always been a "wheel-gun" man, but I just bought a cherry S&W 645 on the EE. What do you guys reccomend for a decent comfortable belt holster?? I have owned handguns for 40 yrs and know the rules about carrying them, so lets not get into long discussions about why I want a holster. Not looking for a "speed" or competition holster for IPSC or anything like that. Just a secure belt holster. What brands do you reccomend?
Also does anyone know of an after-market adjustable rear sight for this model to replace the factory unit?
Any tips from other owners of this model appreciated. Thanks.

I just bought one for my Redhawk from Joe. Quality is excellent and fits the gun like a glove. I bought the molded thumbreak style along with a double speedloader pouch and am very satisfied with them. First trip to the range this weekend to test drive everything.
