Hi everyone, I will be picking un a G-17 soon and i have started searching for a new holster for it. I see there are allot of holsters out there, and yet i have not been able to choose one. The shooting sports i enjoy most do not allow tie down (thigh rig) holster's, so i am looking for something that goes on the belt at waist level. Then there is the other issue of being left handed. So lets get to the question what are the the best left handed holsters for glock out there, if you wish to shoot ipsc or ppc or even idpa?

Thank for your imput

if you look around, almost everything is offered in a left handed version as well- uncle mikes in particular- it's just a matter of finding one on line or in the catalogue and maybe placing an order for a left handed version- remember that southpaws now represent up to 10% of the population or more- one trick i have found is the left version usually has a 1 off or -1 or L suffix in then stock number- you usually get it for the same price, just a matter of tolerating the wait while your "special" order comes in

Jerry I just bought a nice left handed Bladetech Dropped Offset Hoster from 911 supply in Calgary. the Bladetechs are great hosters if you want Kydex. Otherwise, I have not purchased any other holsters for my Glock, but I over the years have collected lots for 1911s.

Lefty here too. If you can't find one at 911, try TSE, they have a bunch of left hand holsters in stock. High Noon, Galco & Bladetechs.
