Hello all,
Each individual probably has an idea of what constitutes their personal holy grail of milsurps and with that in mind I would like to see a list created by the readership of this forum.

Please list your ONE and ONLY ONE holy grail.

Mine would be a mint, Long Land Pattern Musket (Brown Bess).

Thanks for participating.

Think these Are pretty Cool , Spear Carbines.

for me it would be an Inglis Boys anti-tank rifle in mint condition with all the trimmings or a Boarder City Industries 1919A4 a very tough call to make

Sorry, it must be at least 2, the rifles used by Francis Pegahmagbow and Henry Norwest & donate on loan to the War Museum in Ottawa for display. Expect there to be more than one different rifle for each but have found no info on what types of rifles they used for sure. Ross' would be a nice touch.
For my self in the back yard...
Oh.. how about "Dora", and enough ammo...:dancingbanana:
Cheers

Sorry to say I have fallen victim to the entertainment media, but I love the Sharps rifles series of books...

Ergo, a Baker rifle, with sword, would be my Holy Grail.

A Voltkssturm VG-2.

As far as the JFK rifle goes, it's rotting away in the US national archives, but you can get pretty close (same year, manufacturer and model) with a little time and energy.
I've got one that's only a couple hundred serial numbers removed from Oswalds.
