This is similar to a bolt together cart on the net but I wanted it to fold at seat height for transport, a little wider so I could fit between two guns if necessary, and I wanted all weld construction.

Rifle can be positioned barrel up or barrel down.

I still have to put a bottom on the lower level to carry stuff but have not found a small piece of suitable sheet metal.
Seat is hinged so you can access lower area.

Weight around 25 lbs. (scale not that accurate)

Components:
.063 steel tubing all weld except hinge point
air filled tires with bearings at shaft
gun holders from cabelas
hard foam seat and back rest covered in snowmobile vinyl

Will be used for long range and IPSC. I wanted it comfortable for those multiple day events. It will carry everything I need.

1" square tubing used. When I am old I want to use my raised golf cart. But for now, there is quite a bit of waiting at matches and the changes from 500 yards back to 1000 yards can be all terrain AND I seem to be carrying more stuff.

Cart is very stable, no chance of tipping unless pushed over like any other commercially available cart.
You knew I would check that before I posted it Jerry.

I should have put lower level base on it before I posted though. Not much chance it will be sitting there without anything in the bottom for additional weight.

Knew you would have taken precautions but the shooting line can get pretty busy and crowded. No one wants to knock anyone elses stuff but it happens.

Then there is the wind. I had my cart blown to the ground which surprised me.

Then my very very stable spotting scope stand also got blown over. No damage but that is what happens when the wind howls.

Something to consider. Nice work...

The cooler fits underneath the seat with my tool box of stuff, rear bag, and all the other stuff I accumulate for matches. I made the lower area large enough for any range bag and cooler for the handgun matches also. Just have to find that piece of sheet metal to weld on the bottom for the lower compartment.
