HOOD , MODEL: HARD PAN , CALIBER: 32 RIM FIRE 5 shot

There is going to be the mainspring that drives the hammer, the trigger spring, the bolt spring, and the hand spring, which is missing. You are probably going to have to make one. The chances of finding one are poor.
 
Is there a slot in the face of the hammer which exposes the pin that the hand is attached to ? On some of the old pocket revolvers the hand spring was fixed in this slot, either by a thin cut or by a pin, and that spring would bear on a flat on the hand pin to bias the hand forward.
I have no direct experience with the Hood guns.
