Ok, so I just picked up a really nice used 366 in 12ga. Took it apart, cleaned, polished, lubed and reassembled it. I started running shells on it last night and have a few questions. On the wad seating station, the pad the deflects to measure the wad pressure seems to be a bit high. It sits just a hair above the base and when I tighten the indexing plate so it has free movement but no slop, the shells really drag across the pad. If I loosen the centre nut to allow for free shell travel, the pawl that indexes the shell plate, slips past the engagement point and nothing moves. I remember this being held in place with a c-clip on the bottom and don't recall any adjustment at this location. Any other suggestions other than adding a thin shim to the top side of the c-clip to lower the pad? Secondly, on the shell ejection station, the shell seems to jam in the shell plate and doesn't fall into the hole, again, jamming things up. I noticed there is a spring arm hanging out there not doing much but can't find any reference to adjustment for this piece. Any input appreciated!
