On US websites it's going for about $30-$32/50rnd box. That seems to fall in between surplus and new brass-cased reloadable. A bit much for plinking but not bad for varmints.

I didn't realize importers couldn't get 7.62x39 out of the states. Can they get just the 123gr V-MAX bullets then?
