Hey everyone,

I'm splurging this month. Picked up a gun in 45-70 and now it's triggered me finally wanting to get into reloading. I can't see me loading more than 200 rounds/week any time in the next few years due to cost constraints, time constraints, etc. So I'm thinking a single stage should be fine.

Will likely start loading some 45-70, likely just 20-30 a week, and then eventually pick up 9mm dies and crank out 100-150 or so of those a week as well.

Here's my question: What else would I need with the Classic Lock N Load Kit & Tumbler? OR, Is there another kit on sale somewhere that I should be considering? It's from Tenda and is on for a great price right now. $440 with the Tumbler, normally $500 or $550 without a tumbler.

I know I need the following:
Dies
A Bench (I'm in an apartment, I don't have one!)

But am wondering if I'm missing anything else aside from the obvious brass, bullets, powder, etc.

I guess another random question, how much space do I need at minimum for a basic reloading setup? Looking at a workbench right now, but would like something on the smaller side.

Would 2 ft by 4 ft with some shelf space underneath be enough?

I started reloading in a closet, with my press mounted to a block of wood, clamped to one of the shelves. I moved up to an IKEA kitchen cart not much bigger than 2' x 3' when I moved out of that apartment. It worked fine for 6 years. 3 months ago, I built a workbench for the purpose. Due to space constraints, my new bench is 48" x 30". It is SOLID.

Edit: Had a look at said kit, and it looks like just about everything you need. You should get yourself some way of measuring case lengths, and eventually some way of trimming ones that stretch beyond SAAMI spec.
