After 3+ years of running my own Hornady Lock-N-Load AP press and 25 years before that of running my fathers I have final had a part break on me. Now my club is full of avid Dillon owner touting Dillon's No Questions Asked customer parts service so I'm happy to report that upon hearing my problem; Hornady responded on the first day with a promise to ship me the part at no charge, and on the second day with a shipping confirmation. I am very pleased with their service and enjoy the way my L-N-L AP spits out all types of ammo from 9mm to 30-06 as well as doing case prep for all my reloading including my high accuracy loads. As an example; depending on the powder, the automated powder dispenser accuracy is down to 0.05+/- gn.

Equipment setup
- Hornady Lock-N-Load AP turret press.
- Hornady Case Feeder
- Hornady Powder dispenser
- Hornady Bullet feeder but not Bullet sorter.
 
My driveway snow blowing service is really customer service oriented, now that there is a lot of competition, they did not used to be. Same thing with the loading equipment. Happy situation.
 
Yep. Nothing but good stuff out of Hornady customer service for me too. The basket on my ultrasonic cleaner puked a handle, and they had a replacement out the door same day at no charge.
