Hornady drops the GMX

At least I can’t find it on their website anymore. Unless I missed a post about it. All I can find listed now for mono bullets is the new CX lineup. I’m not about to run out to and try these. I have a fair swack of GMX but most I’m be sticking to the good old btsp.

I figured this would be coming with the new CX lineup, most manufacturers really only have one or two lines of monolithic bullets and I haven't been able to find any GMX for ages so I have a feeling they just switched from one to the other and are going to leave it at that.

It looks like you could pretty well just slide the CX into your load in place of the gmx and keep on shooting. Maybe back off some and work to your current load. The new bullets are copper instead of guilding metal and the grooves have smoother transitions otherwise very similar it seems.
