Hornady lnl press conversion kit

I'm thinking of upgrading to a Lee classic cast press with the Hornady lnl bushing kit on it. My only concern is that I've read that Lee dies aren't long enough or have enough thread on them to be properly adjusted with the bushing. Is this true, or is there a way of getting around this?

I was curious about this as well. I have the conversion kit and was going to put it in my RCBS press. I haven't done it yet because I'm to lazy to readjust dies. If its working don't mess with it!

I have had issues with Lee pistol dies in my LNL AP being a little on the short side. I have made it work. Not sure about the Rifle dies?

Maybe someone has tried it?

Apparently until a few years ago the Lee dies were too short, and they have since been lengthened.

That would explain why my pistol dies are to short. They are probably 20 years+.

It would be handy to have the quick change.

So new lee rifle dies should work no problem then. That's what I wanted to hear.
