Hornady match Ammo in M14

Ok, here's the deal.
Has anyone had good results with the Hornady 168gr Amax Match ammo out of their M14's?
To make sure I'm clear, I'm talking about the actual rounds not just the Amax bullet being shot out of handloads.

I tried factory Hornady match ammo you are talking about. Expensive stuff and was supposed to be very accurate, dealer told me "some people give up reloading because this ammo is so accurate". Never did any good out of three M14s in different stocks and barrel lengths. It will probably do excellent in some bolt guns ( I am guessing now). That ammo was actually jamming in my short-barreled M14.

Unless your rifle is accurized, you'd be better off loading your own match grade ammo. You'll be tailoring the ammo to your rifle.
