I purchase a Hornady Lock Load System.

According to the directions; I am supposed to clean the powder drop system with Hornady One Shot Cleaner/Dry Lube spray.

Where do you get this stuff in Canada?

Also; Is there another identical product with a different name? What else can be used?

Yeah, BassPro has it - for about twice of what you'd pay in the US.

I used it, and find it to be overrated. ;) In particular, powder measure is the last place for OneShot: it contains lubricant that powder will stick to. After that fiasco, I cleaned my powder measure with brake cleaner and cycled some graphite powder through it before the first use.

IMHO, OneShot is a waste of $$. And it doesn't prevent rust from forming on your dies etc. The only place where I still use it is the primer shuttle, only because it doesn't hurt, and because I have a can of OneShot left. Bottom line: there are better cleaners and better lubricants available, a light coat of Ballistol works well on my dies.

Just my 2c...

Hmmmmm. My experience with the one shot is great on the powder drop. Never had a problem with powder sticking. I use it to clean all of my LNL parts.

That being said, I used it once on a gun part and will not do that again.

I use One Shot to lube the moving parts, but Brake cleaner to clean all of the parts. Brake cleaner gets the oil and packing grease off of everything and no powder sticks.

I also use Jigga Looo dry graphite spray found at your local Crappy Tire.
