I generally use RCBS case lube. It's cheap and works well. I've resized tens of thousands of cases with it.

I started using some Hornady One shot, mostly because of it's ease of application.

I managed to stick 3 .223 cases in about 200.

I am wondering if it is because it has 'over' dried, as they seem to get stuck at the end of the resizing session, rather than at the beginning..

I had to dig out my stuck case exractor, which I have only used once or twice...It's handy to have something like that, as I live in the boonies.

Who else has used the one shot? I think I will be reching for the RCBS next time I resize....:)

I have used several cases of Hornadys spray 1 shot lube and the only caliber I have ever had stick was 223. I use it LOTS on 300, 7mm and 257 , even on 50BMG no problem, but for some reason 223 sticks , don't have an explanation though, but do have a couple of pooched dies

FWIW, I've sized over 100k .223 using the Dillon pump spray lube, and haven't stuck a case yet. I'm constantly amazed at how little lube is required. Mind you I use Dillon Carbide dies as well.

Interesting...I tried it on some 30-06 without any problems...

Have you used the same dies for all 100,000+ rounds? I have worn out steel sizer's (lee) with just 6000 or so rounds.

I use the Dillon pump spray lube and have had exactly one stuck case, a .223 that wasn't properly lubed. I find one or two sprays with the Dillon will do several hundred cases at a time.
