Well finally brought mine home today, open it up and it is missing the chamfer tool and the top handle was broken off. This sucks. Have to call Hornady on monday morning and get them to send me the stuff. I wonder if anyone else has has issues with theirs? Outside of the box was not damaged.

Also picked up their concentricity tool too. Seems to work pretty ok so far.
 
That sucks. I'm still waiting for mine, hopefully it will be complete. Can you tell me if it comes with any trimmer pilots, or are they to be purchased over and above? I can't seem to find any info on if they ship with them, the standard trimmer comes with a basic set.
 
It comes with a bunch of different pilots. Just need to purchase your shell holders and they must be hornady. I was going to get 223, 308 and 338 lapua shell holders today also since mine are rcbs but they were out of stock on those 3. Figured I would be able to get away with using my current ones but no such luck.
 
Well finally got a chance to call them today. Parts are being sent out and they sent me a confirmation email. Hopefully get the parts soon. Now have to find the proper shell holders I need.
 
P+D is the first place I looked. Had lots on the shelves but as I went through the list of the ones I needed and checked they didnt have the three.
