Hornady PTX bushing?

This powder-thru-expander that I bought really doesn't do a great job flaring the case mouth. is it my setup or just a cheap part?

Can I replace it with something better?

They are marginal for flaring (although they work fine for the intended use, expanding), because of a short, modest flare step on the expander. I use a Mr. BulletFeeder ptx (because I have a bullet feeder) - it flares well and easily. Give Rick a call and see if he'll sell you just the expander.
