? Hornady seater stem for Sierra TMK .308 168 gr ?

Bullets are sticking in the standard seater stem, and Horn has 2 options
Wondering if the ELD Match/A-Max stem #397108 would be suitable for the TMKs
or is it best to use the A-Tip version?

Has anyone changed theirs out with success?
