Hornady Series II Titanium Pistol Dies VS Carbide

How do the Hornady Series II Titanium dies work in comparison to pistol dies that are Carbide? I actually bought the Series II dies but someone has jus recommended that I use Carbide dies only for pistol.

I have several in various handgun calibers as well as Lyman, Lee and RCBS. They work just as well as any of the others. The Hornady seat die works very well with the alignment sleeve. I've heard some say the titanium nitride coated sizing ring wears out but I've never seen it. I havent loaded thousands that some I know have but they haven't had any issues with it.
Just make sure your brass is clean no matter which ones you use.
