My 38 super brass is all full and I'm up to my arse in 45 ACP so I configured my L&L to make up some .223 for the first time. "Damn" the SR plate for the case feeder was jambing. "Odd ?" The SP and LP plates worked fine.

Called Hornady, described the problem and asked for suggestions. Just like that, a new plate is on the way with no requirement to send the old one back. Guess my word is good enough for Hornady,, go figgure :D.

I have had good service with them also. Had one piece missing and another piece broken on my new prep center. Called them up and they shipped out the parts right away and I had them in a week. Ordered some shell holders from them online too and they just arrived today. I couldnt find these anywhere.

Just called them today because I bent the rod in my 300 wsm die (dumb ass) and they said the new one is in the mail and have a very nice day. I believe RCBS is the same way.
Awesome.

wish i could get their bullets that fast :)

Me too .

Still, I get the wisdom in their priorities. Keeping my press ticking is definitely more important to me now than the sales incentive associated with its purchase. I expect the press will be with me decades after the freebie bullets have been received, processed, and sent down range. So will Hornady's excellent warranty.

I'm a happy customer, slow moving bullets notwithstanding, ;).

How are they with things you may have broke doing dumb $#!^?

My motto of "if it jams force it and if it breaks it needed fixin anyways" is not working for reloading. Probably doesn't work for much come to think about it!

Guys gotta have a motto doesn't he?

"...How are they with..." RCBS just sends the part. Their warrantee is on the equipment, not the user or who bought it new.
