Just a heads up,

I had a couple of friends visiting to see how Hornady LNL AP works, we loaded 1000 rounds. Well, along the way, we managed to break last de-capping pin (dies come with one extra) and to bend ZIP SPINDLE (as per Hornady)... due to corn cob media in the case... DUH...
I called Hornady today, told them what happened - they are sending me all the parts free of charge.
Just in case someone is wondering what Hornady warranty is like on their dies...
I bought dies about 2 years ago, Hornady never asked me when/where I bought them...

Yep, I've broken the large primer punch and the primer slide rod and upper plastic clip (both due to my ham handed forcing of the press  ) and they replaced all parts no questions asked.

No matter what anyone tells you, their warranty is just as good as the blue guys...

I just bought the hornady auto charge electronic powder dispenser, with less then a pound of powder threw it, it stopped working. They are good though, I shipped the unit back to them about 3 weeks ago, and hope I get it back soon.

So, their products might not be the best but they are good to deal with about them when they break.... ;)

1st because theire life time warranties and 2nd i had problems with my shellplate 16 and my spring got bend and my Pawl got chipped off, called them and they told me to send everything in for replacement

I recently called Hornady about some parts that had broken on my LNL. The fellow that I spoke to was more than helpful. He sent a box of parts to me free of charge. I even was honest and said that some of the problems I created myself.

He said Hornady is very interested in supporting their products and wants it to work for me.

I have a Lee 1000 that requires some parts and when I spoke to them I can send it in and the will rebuild it at my cost or I can order the parts and do it at my cost as well. The Lee stuff does wear out so it will be sitting collecting dust.

The Hornady is pumping out ammo!

I've nothing but good things to say about Hornady.I bought a 00-7 press off of a buddy who lost some parts and a manual.when I phoned them they asked what I needed, made a few suggestions like a extra primer arm so I could set up my large and small primer tools as separate units sent me most of the stuff 'gratis' and charged me 1/2 of what the actual shipping cost.

I had issues with my new small rifle case feeder disk and a new one was in the mail to me literally within hours of my hanging up the phone. They didn't even want the original one back. Hornady's warranty service just can't be beat. Its a lifetime thing.

I usually try and email people/businesses whenever possible to avoid any misinterpretation while talking on the phone.

With that said I just received a reply from Hornady telling me that they had just mailed out the replacement parts I needed. I replied thanking them but pointed out that they had shipped the wrong bits. I have had great service over the years from all the major reloading equipment manufacturers including Hornady and I find it amusing that somehow in an effort to avoid confusion I managed to create some anyways.

I broke the cap on my bullet puller hammer and they sent me a new and improved cap,I broke my lee depriming tool and got the same great service from them too

I have had similar experiences with Lyman, RCBS and Dillon, it seems that most of the reloading companies will do what it takes to keep the customer happy.
