Hornday zombie ammo -hunting

I was talking to a buddy who mentioned he was going to use hornady Zombie ammo (308) for hunting spring bear,he likes the 165 gr. ballistic tip.then another buddy says wait there full metal jacket - not leagal. I've never heard of or seen a ballistic tip full metal jacket bullet -seems redundant. but I'm no expert so i thought I would ask the experts.

Think buddy has never seen a FMJ before, ballistic tip or Zmax in this case is a hunting bullet! perfectly legal for hunting. Full metal jacket means exactly that, the projetile has a full metal jacket, no plastic tip, no lead soft point, no hollow point ect.

another buddy needs some learning, first buddy sounds like he picked the right bullet and third buddy is right too, second buddy is the wrong buddy budd, my buddy is an expert as his his buddy, we had a buddy chat and concurred that buddy one and buddy three agree with us three buddy's tell your buddy, the first buddy, he's good to go.
