Last time I was in Reliable Gun in Vancouver (see sponsor link above) they had 5/30's in. Not it makes a difference, but I believe they were Bushmaster (seeing as you have a Bushmaster rifle).

That is a dead f**king horse. The 7615 uses AR mags. Rem markets it with that info.
Yes, that's exactly the problem. There's no such thing as a magazine designed for use in a 7615. Hence my comment - if Remington or someone else were to manufacture "7615 pump-action rifle magazines" (which they don't), just like RRA makes "LAR-15 pistol magazines", we would have a situation identical to the LAR-15 situation. The CFC would never accept it (30 rounds in an AR: even scarier than a bullpup), but this just shows how convoluted the law is.

Regardless, the CFC is not a court, and it doesn't have to follow the principle of stare decisis. Just because they allowed the LAR15 under a certain interpretation of the law doesn't mean they have to apply the same test to other magazines. If a magazine classification case ever goes to court, there's no telling what test the court will use, but there's a good chance it won't be one that allows the circumvention of the obvious legislative intent in the Firearms Act. Thus, we're screwed as far as getting unlimited-capacity centerfire rifle magazines that are also compatible with semi-autos.

Sorry for going off-topic in the first place.

looks and feels pretty solid to me. aluminum construction. Used them only at the range so far. Next time theres a service rifle shoot I'm gonna try them out

Im not sure the rules allow you to load more then 5 rounds. but the couplers are pretty cool, could be useful in IPSC matches.
