how can tell you which choke, ES100

There are no markings on them...and I am having trouble telling them apart.

Which one comes installed?

Some Beretta chokes are color coded, or marked, but only one of mine is marked 4 stars. The other two have no markings whatsover. I found out what the markings mean, but there are none to be read.

Stars and Notches are the same on Mobile Choke System

I dont know how true this is but I was told that a dime (the coin) will not fit in a 12ga full choke. my grandpa told me that a few years ago.

Beretta Mobile Chokes are generally marked on the side of the choke tube - and sometimes it's very faint. A typical choke line might read

PB-F-SP * ( Pietro Beretta - Full - Steel/Lead * )

There should also be a very fine notch (or notches) half way between a pair of the much deeper and wider notches the choke wrench fits into. Each notch corresponds with the * menu above: 1 notch =Full, 2 = Imp. Mod. etc.
Magnifying glass might help.

Colour coding on Optima Chokes:

Blue = Cylinder, Red = Skeet, Purple = US Skeet, Yellow = Imp. Cyl,
Orange = Light. Mod., Green = Mod, Black = Imp Mod, Gray = Lt. Full,
White = Full.

Granpas old rule of thumb about the dime is "generally true - but not always"
Measured 5 dimes in my pocket ... average about .705" Most will not fit down a "typical" full choke - but will pass through some of the newer "over bore" barelled guns like a Mossberg "Full" Choke on a 935 or most "Full" Chokes on Browning Invector Plus equipped guns, i.e., those having barells that measure .740 or larger.

Beretta Boy is correct.The diameter at the muzzle doesn't tell you that much about chokes any more.Choke is measured as a constriction of the bore diameter so what may be considered to be a full choke constriction in one gun may well only be a modified constriction in another.The days of the standard bore diameter in 12 gauge being .729 are long over.Bore diameters of .740 and up are the norm and diameters up to .800 as in the Baker Big Bore barrels can be found.
