Probably, lots of room in there, 6" diameter tube. Not sure what's in the survival can - didn't look at it yet.

Maybe this girl can tell us about the J.I.C (that's the 7+1 model)

Well, Judging by the marketing concept of this rifle being a "Just In Case" type of product, My guess would be a small survival kit. Basic stuff like small knife, matches, compass, thermal blanket, ect. I remember seeing something similar in a few outdoors type of stores. From what little of the can I can see in the pic it looks like my guess would make sense.

It is indeed a survival kit. Nice purchase man; hopefully you never need to open the can, but if you do hopefully everything you need is in it.

I'll probably be rockin' some wood furniture on it, when it's ready. Similar to what I did to my 590A1. Great thing about Mossberg 500/590's is that the furniture is readily available and cheap. Wood from the 70's fits. May consider a folding stock as well to fit in the tube.

Anyone have this folding stock by Butler Creek?
