How do I adjust this sight?

looks like any AK style tool should be able to turn that.

are those the ones that come stock on a tavor? i threw mine out. use the built in backup sights beneath those..the front post is even tritium

Their Emtam sights, they didn't come with my Tavor, but they might be the same as what the newer Tavors are coming with, for all I know.
I like the tridium, but don't care much for the built in sights, I like the sight picture with the ones I'm using better.

I'm glad you asked this. I got a set from the EE and have been stumped on adjusting it as well.
fortunately installed on my AR I didn't need to do any height adjustment

Small needle nose plyers with electrical tape wrapped around the tips. If you don't got the tool...
