You just have to apply for permission, it is free.

Plenty of threads around here showing how to get it done, so i am not going to rehash it.

Your not a dealer, therefore your sales are not 'commercial.'

Once your sales get above a certain amount, or raise the right set of eyebrows anyway, you have to pay to list. Pretty much no-one recreationally is going to reach that level, it's possible but you'd have to have a lot of stuff you were selling, all the time.

If it makes you feel better, I can get you into the EE for only $45, that guy asking for $50 is ripping you off. Send the EMT, then go to your user CP and request access, I promise within a couple days, I'll get you access.
