if the item is controlled by ITAR their is NO as in NONE way around it
just because somebody will ship it too you will NOT save your ass YOU will also be in violation of ITAR and if caught you WILL end up on a list and the next time you decide to take the kids to disney you may not be allowed entery or worse be arrested
and remeber Canada DID sign ITAR too and they could enforce it is requested....
the ONLY way is with the proper import/export permits you want the real answer call the us state department YOURSELF
