How do I get H110 44 mag flames?

I am using jacketed HP's 240Gr.

180 grain bullets with 22 grains of 2400 makes good flames from my 5.5 inch Redhawk!

+1. Anything around 24.0gr of H110 with 245gr SWC makes lots of flame in my Redhawk.

I hope you meant 23 grains! Will 33 even fit in the case?

No way 33.0gr would fit, I am almost at 100% charge density with the above 24.0gr and 245gr SWC. You might get 25.0-26.0gr max in with a short bullet.
