If you're talking about posting in the buy/sell portion of the forum, you first have to request access.

whats the eta to get approved to use the exchange forums? its been a few days waiting for me so far, not sure if I'm missing something?

I got mine a while ago so i can't remember how long it took, I have heard others mention a weekish.

Don't forget the mods are volunteers here and it can get a little crazy in this place.
