How do I transfer from stripped lower to full rifle?

Any further west and I'd have to learn Japanese..
I am new to this aspect as all my restricteds before came assembeled. I recently purchased a stripped lower and just tonight finished making it a complete firearm. I now have to change the way it is registered. Do I just call Miramichi and tell them or do I have to have it verified or have it viewed at the local detachment?

Just phone them (in Miramichi). They ask a couple of questions like barrel length, calibre, etc. and then they send you a new updated certificate. There is no need to go to your detachment. You have, I believe, thirty days to complete this after it is completely assembled. That worked for me.
 
Yeah , my lower changes from having a 20" to 16" to 11-5" to 10-3" uppers on it. Are you going to call the CFC every time you change uppers ? Unless you plan on only having one upper receiver.
 
4 years ago i tried the same thing and the cfc was NOT interrested in changeing the cert

they said restricted is restricted barrel length matters not.... (ar15)
