How do we find status on Warranty work?

Hi,
Your website has no retail customer access.

I returned a Norinco rifle through my dealer for repairs a couple of months ago and would like to get an idea of when I might see it back?

How do we go about inquiring on status of repairs?

The North Sylva website is completely blank with exception of a portal for dealer login. Rather limits the ability to call or send an email.
The dealer is a little ho-hum on expectations of warranty work returns and after a conversation with their counter person, I thought it best to get status first hand from the distributor.

It would probably be best to contact your dealer and they will contact North Sylva for you...at least that's how we do it.
