How do you guys store your mosin nagant?

I've got a cheapie Stack-On and it fits in front of the removable shelf. Did you try on a diagonal?

Seriously, I don't pack any of my guns in cosmoline. They are all vertical, clean, dry and, wiped down lightly with oiled cloth when stored or, handled. My favourites look handled...

I had to take my shelf out to get it in.

mine fit in an eight gun stack on but only in front of the shelf. its easier with the bolts out because stack on thinks rifles are only one inch wide
