How do you take a Cooey Model 60 Bolt Apart?

Well, I have been working on fixing up a battered Model 60. It shoots great, but there is a problem with the bolt. It is wore too much in one spot so whenever the bolt is cycled, the notch on the bolt rotates and catches in the safety notch. This is extremely annoying. So I am trying to take the bolt apart so I can mill it square, and thus get rid of the wear. I tried to make a custom screwdriver wrench to turn out the screw on the inside of the two halfs, but that failed miserably. Could any of you experts help me? (Oh and I have another Model 60 to look at the differences in wear on the bolt)
