How does the manual safety lever of SIG MOSQUITO work?

Can I pull the trigger to release the cocked hammer in single action when the manual safety is ON?
Can I pull the trigger to #### and release the hammer in double action when the manual safety is ON?

The instruction is not very clear about the manual safety.

Does the manual safety block any operation of the trigger or just preventing discharging the cartridge while allowing the trigger to be pulled; and hammer to be corked and released?


Please give me some of your opinion and experiences.

The manual safety on the slide of the little Sig is a firing pin block type. You can pull the trigger with the safety on, this allows you to get a feel for the trigger.
This gun was designed to teach kids how to shoot, yes I said KIDS. In some countries teaching your kids to shoot is not called child abuse.
