How hard is it to get ahold of Arms East?

I left a message on Saturday, only got the machine every time i called yesterday and sent a pm on Saturday. Is there a sweetspot time to call when there always in?

Edit: The computer is the radio here (on wireless), so when my hands are clean for a bit I can get back to emails better during the day than I am sometimes getting to the phone.
