Anybody know of an outfit that sells .223 in anything heavier than 55 grain?

I was told that with a 1:9 twist rate in my Mini-14 likes 55+ grain bullets, but I can't find any to try. Not looking for allot, just a box at first, but I'll be damned if I can even find that.

Lots of 45 and 55 grainers out there.

Winchester 64 gr. Super-X® Power-Point®
Federal Vital Shok 60 gr.
American Eagel 62gr. FMJ
Federal Gold Medal 69gr. SMK-BTHP

If you want to reload your own there are alot more options... your looking for 62 grain which is what everyone wants for 1-9" twist

Not necessarily, I use 75 grain very successfully.

I keep hearing from my customers that all the black, green, and tacticool Semi auto rifles want 62 grain FMJ

75 grain is at the upper limit of what the 1-9" twist can handel odds are his mini 14 won't be able to load from the mag using 75 grain

See is you can find anyone with the PMC k100 stuff. You're in calgary so I can't sport you any, but that is 62gr with steel penetrator. Just lovely stuff available from TSE. I don't think they sell just boxes, but you can always ask.
