Sure.

1) Post an add in the EE
2) Sell the 9mm
3) Buy the .40

or

2) Trade for the .40

And don't forget to bootphuck a chicken little before you proceed. It may help you a lot.

You could try London Arms and see if they can sell you a .40 top end assembly (slide, barrel, recoil spring, guide rod) and whether it would fit on the 9mm frame. You would also need magazines.

Tanfoglio CZ copies can be readily converted between 9mm/.40. In fact, they sell top end assemblies for this purpose.
