How is this for hunting knife set ??

what steel? My kid gave me a set, S&W maybe, have never used it.

I have several knives that I use, but most are relatively small, since I get into so much less trouble with small knives. I like stainless, usually 440-C or AUS8. If it says Made in China on it, it's not coming home with me. Eagleye.
