How is this scope?

Hi guys,

I am looking to buy a scope and i found one at one of our sponsors. Would you guys be able to tell me if this would be a good scope. Its for my Savage mark 2 f. My goal is to shoot at 100 yards. My vision is pretty horrid.

I had one and it performed great on my 6.5 Swedish Mauser. I only swapped it out because I got a better glass for a bargain basement price. I sold it to buddy of mine who has it on his .308 and it's given him no issues at all. Add to that Bushnell's great warranty and I think you've got a nice piece of glass for a very good price. There, my 2 cent's worth!

I have two of them on 10/22's have worked fine for me and I think they are decent glass for the price.

As long as you're happy with it, that's all that matters. I've had two of these Bushnell scopes mounted with the DOA reticles for about 5 years now with no issues. One is on a'74 M77 in 30-.06 and the other is on a .308 Ruger American. I also have a 3x9 Bushnell Trophy Hunter that's been mounted on my Savage 50 cal. smokeless muzzy for nearly 10 years with no issues.

a 3-9 is not enough for 'precision target shooting' at 50 yards. 16x - 18x and you will be ok to 100.
