Hello, never owned a black rifle, thinking I'd like an early retirement gift, how light could a guy get a NR 308,
I don't shoot a lot, however I do pack a rifle a lot, never on flat ground, usually straight up and straight down, don't do mag dumps, hunt sub 50yds. Always wanted a bar, 6lbs10oz, is it possible to beat this. Saw in the states some ultralight customs that were pretty impressive, sub 5lbs!
Let's just say for now, money isn't a concern,. However my knees are,,,recoil Doesn't bother me, moa of deer needed.

No scope? Fixed sights are more robust.
Magazine.
The Stag pins being proprietary, may not fit the V7 pins.
A thread cover is obviously lighter than a titanium flashhider.
Recoil buffer? If you choose the JP SCS you can skip the buffer retainer.
All the small hardware that usually come in the LPK you don't need.
