how long does a brick last you guys?

On a good day in the killing fields, you can easily go through a full brick. With a semi auto, alot more than that.

At the range I only go through about 100-200 rounds per visit. At a pasture well stocked with gophers... I would only stop when I run out of ammo or daylight. On a typical gopher shoot I would bring at least a brick.

ROFL .... Wally's bolt compares to a hondas gas milage vs my hemi powered .22 semi. I run a 30 rnd banana mag in my Squires. A brick doesn't last long. Actually, come to think about it...a case doesn't last long.

Well I shoot about 30,000 rimfire rounds a year so that works out to about a brick every 6 days.

Depends on what's IN the brick. Minimags go fast (they're feeding my semi's), cheap stuff feeds the bolties.

We were out a couple of weeks ago and shot 80 rounds between the two of us and got 40 or 50 gophers this took about 2 - 2 1/2 hours.Iv been on some good gopher shoots but anyone that can shoot off a brick 500 rounds in say 5 hours (300 minutes) and still hit something is a hell of a better shot than I am.

What do you guys recomend for the best value brick. Basically best quality cheap brick. I really like winchester super x but havent tried to many different types. any experience with remington golden bullets?
