How long for restricted transfer reference #?

Transfer complete and it's in the mail on its way to my house, if Canada post decides to hold up their end of the deal. 3 days to do the transfer is about as good as I could asks for.

First restricted is a S&W M&P 9

I just gave CFO my reference # to complete the transfer of my new (and first) restricted (M&P 9 as well!) She said to call by Friday and if it was approved the seller (private sale on EE) could go ahead and ship it. Hopefully that's the case....not feeling to optimistic after reading these forums...but hey you never know.

Also, I applied for my ATT today by fax, but didn't provide PROOF of membership...nor did I send proof to the CFO for the transfer. She just asked me if I was a member and of which club. Any idea if I should have sent in my membership info to the CFO for my ATT?

It may be worth calling in the info. All said and done my pistol arrived on Monday and they emailed my att to my club so now I have to wait for the club to send it to me.

In Alberta, they give me the reference number right over the phone for a private sale. And I've done a couple in the last year. If you buy at a store (and they have their fecces in formation) you should get the reference number on the receipt if they do it through the internet. CFO's can find info from the registraion certificate number anyway...
