how long should it take for an rpal application to appear on the rcmp website?

on the website today! canada post says it arrived Feb 21, they date it as "received on" 20th, so thats 21 days, or three weeks exactly for me.
 
When I sent mine in I called 5 weeks later and said they had no record of it showing up.
I checked online the next day it was up and it had been recieved 2 weeks after I mailed it.so when I called 5 weeks later(after I mailed it) I was lied to when she said it hadnt shown up yet.

Anyway I had to fight like the dickens to get mine 3 months from the day it went online just to be allowed to have the interveiw.
I dunno how or why my travel and work history outside of canada are valid since im a Canadian cit with 0 criminal record and I literally have one speeding ticket and I was 16.

I thought you could not use your spouse for reference? For the photo guarantor yes but not reference.

As per the application "A reference is anyone who has known you for at least three (3) years and is at least 18 years old. However, he or she cannot be your current conjugal partner"

hope this dos not delay your application, you may want to call this week to find out as they will not.

So when I sent in my app it was an envelope with 3 other apps, all arrived same day. As of today one of them is still not online. 2 were online on the 14th the other the 15th, and the last in limbo so far. How does this work?
 
called in on friday, got the app #, did the interview, and had one ref call in and do the interview. Still not on line. not sure of this whole process.
