Just wondering cause I'm looking at buying a 3rd 223 but ask my self do I need it? Answer is no but I want another! This addiction is not stopping, I convinced my self the Tavor would be my last 223 but.....

I have a Tavor, Remington 700 SPS Varmint and a Norinco M4.
I'd like to get a Ruger Mini 14 and drop it into a Promag stock.

HAhahahahah... So I'm not the only one wanting... I'm thinking between a ACR or new XCR- possibly M in 308 but haven't ruled out the 223 cause of price?!

I seem to have a stable number of 6..... ish.....

Some come, and some go..... I've had as many as 18. As little as 0, before I acquired the "first"one......

Usually a couple of ARs, a couple other misc. semi's. Always 2 or more bolt's.....

The best part about .223s is that they are the "cheapest" centre fire to shoot..... So a lot of trigger time versus other calibres.

Don't ask me how many 22s I have, for the same reason, not that I need one......

Last week my Fudd father-in-law made a remark about a guy he knows. He apparently has "a rifle for every week of the year". I stuck up for the guy by saying there's nothing wrong with that, but I also didn't inform my in-laws (or my spouse) that I got that beat by a fairly large margin!

The other day my sister asked me how many guns I own, I told her a truthful answer. She asked me "why so many? How many are you allowed to own?" I informed her that there are no legal limits on how many I as a legally own. I then told her "they all do something different, I can afford it and I believe we still live a free country so I don't feel that there should be any limits on what I can or can't own". She gave me a funny look. I then said "how many pairs of shoes do you have". That ended the funny look on her face!

Cheers!

Only 3 here. DPMS Oracle, HK SL8 and Rem 700 5R.

I'm really liking .223 overall for the fun factor. I shot >100 rounds of .38LM on Sunday (plus another 50 odd 30-06) and damm does my shoulder hurt.
